Post Yachts will be attending the  Miami Yacht and Brokerage Show February 14th - 18th in Miami Beach Florida.  This year we will have our display in the Sportfishing Pavilion booth # 17 off of Collins Ave.

2013 Rendezvous Date is Set!

The 2013 Post Yachts Owners Rendezvous Date will be July 19,20,21. The event will again be held in Chestertown, Maryland at the home of Post Yachts, Worton Creek Marina. A complete schedule of events will be posted soon.

Last year Post Yachts hosted 22 Boats, owners and guests at the Rendezvous and we look forward to increasing our numbers this year. Please mark you calendar and plan to attend.

Local waters April 2012

When the principals of sportfisherman builder Post Yachts, of Mays Landing, N.J., filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy a year ago, it looked as if the brand was to be consigned to history. But John Patnovic, owner of Worton Creek Marina and Boatyard in Chestertown, Md., and his family formed Post Marine Group and acquired the assets of Post Marine Co., vowing to build the full Post range at his facility in Chestertown. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.

Post Headquarters is now located at Worton Creek Marina!

On December 20, 2011 Post Marine Group LLC purchased the assets of Post Marine Co., Inc. Company operations are being moved from Mays Landing, New Jersey to Chestertown, Maryland.

An Interview with Post Marine's John Patnovic

When Post Marine Company went bankrupt last year it looked like the much beloved Jersey-based builder of cruisable sportfishermen was doomed to be forgotten. And it probably would have been too, had it not been for one man, John Patnovic (above), proprietor of Worton Creek Marina in Chestertown, Maryland, who decided the brand was too good to let die.
